Shooting 3D Printed APFSDS Tank Rounds

Today we're shooting some 3d printed 38mm armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot (APFSDS) rounds, used by tanks like the Abrams, Leopards, Challenger, and other NATO tanks, out of our revolutionary war style black powder cannon. If you have any ideas on how to improve these rounds please let me know in the comments! All of the printed pieces are printed using PLA with 100% infill so they are completely solid. The penetrator round is made of 5/16" mild steel sharpened to a point. Will they withstand the cannon pressure? How accurate are they?
