Being in the music and entertainment business for the past forty years, I can say that during the 70s, Gemini Brass was one of the leading bands in the Caribbean. There were many bands in the Caribbean, but Gemini Brass has out played them all. I can assure you that listening to these two CDs will allow you to hear the distinctive sound of Trinidad and Tobago in the seventies. Gemini Brass was formed in 1965 in Belmont, Trinidad. They made many tours throughout the Caribbean and North America. They experienced tremendous success. In fact, popular success has forced Gemini Brass to do two albums.
