in this video number {773} i repaired how to repair Hisense Split AC Indoor Unit Board Not Powering On PCB05-350-V02, 1418659, W10324338, it is used in hisense, PLACA, Plaqueta Aire Acondicionado Whirlpool Wbc18c, 1.5 ton split ac indoor unit. this board was not power on, its switch mode power supply using Q100/ FSQ100 SMPS controller ic. i found diode 1N4007 short circuit in RCD snubber circuit. which was causing to drop 5 volt to 1 volt with fluctuations.
