"Extreme Yard Makeover: Transforming an Overgrown Jungle into a new Home"

I found this yard in one of my regular neighborhoods that I service. I am always looking for potential yards/people to help and just had to investigate this one. I could barely see the house from the road. I was surprised to see the house in such an overgrown state because the neighborhood has an HOA. Normally they will make even a bank owned home keep the yard up. So I went and found out that it used to be owned by a couple of veterans. They eventually left and it’s now owned by some mortgage management company who is not maintaining the yard. I spent a few hours each day for about 11 days getting this yard cleaned up. There was a dead tree that continuously drops branches and debris all over the yard. The clean up of all the debris really made this job difficult. But I was extremely happy with the transformation. I probably had ten different people stop and thank me and ask questions about who owned the home and who hired me to clean it up. I first edited this video down from about nine hours to about 3. I then tried to remove even more to get it under two hours. I just couldn’t get it much shorter. I feel like we all can skip around to our favorite parts .
