Our Daughter’s First Day at Nursery | A Big Step at Age 2

Today is a very special day for our little family. It’s Dana’s first day at nursery, and she is now officially part of the 2–3 years old group. In this short video, we share the small but meaningful moments of getting ready in the morning, preparing Dana for this new adventure, and walking together to the nursery. Because of the strict safeguarding rules in the UK regarding filming children, we were not allowed to record inside the nursery. However, we captured the moments before entering and a small clip when Dana came back. For parents, the first day of nursery is always a mix of emotions — excitement, curiosity, and a little bit of worry. But it’s also a beautiful step in a child’s journey of learning, independence, and making new friends. We hope you enjoy these small moments from Dana’s big day.
