Great Leadership Begins with Three Commitments | Pete Rogers | TEDxSoongChingLingSchool

We can’t outrun choice, change, or circumstance…but we can learn to embrace them. Mastering change is one of the most valuable skill sets an internationally minded person can develop. Change is constantly happening, especially now. Do we dare embrace the opportunity through self-leadership? Pete Rogers holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from Loyola University, Maryland. He has expertise in working with international school students and their parents to create emotionally vibrant and happy families. He is also passionate about working with corporate partners to help their employees thrive with ongoing programming related to improved mental health, charismatic communication, and navigating conflict with purpose. Currently, he serves as Director of Counseling for Community Center Shanghai as well as CEO for the Rogers Consulting Group. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
