I fixed my Beta VCR, then it broke even worse
I repaired the tape loading mechanism in my 1989 Sony SL-390 Super Betamax VCR with new 3D-printed parts, and it rewarded me by burning out its power supply. Recorded using a Hi8 Handycam for the authentic analog video experience. Sony Betamax 711B3 Loading Mechanism Plastic Post Repair Kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/284930178769 Hint: It may be easier to reinstall the tape basket into the mechanism before putting the new plastic posts on it. Unless you disassemble the mechanism further, it takes a lot of prying to get the tape basket to fit back into place with the new pegs sticking out.
