Every Time Jesus Wept

The Bible says Jesus wept. But almost nobody notices this: He didn't cry just once — He broke down three separate times, and each time the original Greek uses a completely different word. Silent tears at a grave. A loud wail over a city. And finally, alone in the dark, something the writer of Hebrews describes as closer to a scream. In this video we slow down all three moments — the tomb of Lazarus, the road into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, and the garden of Gethsemane — and look at what the words edakrysen, eklausen, and krauges actually reveal about the God who put on skin and cried the exact way grief comes out of a real human body. By the end, you may never read the two shortest words in the Bible the same way again. 👇 One question for you: Of the three times Jesus wept — the silent tears for Lazarus, the wail over the city, or the scream in the garden — which one hit you the hardest? Tell me in the comments. I read every one. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE if you want the Bible walked through exactly like this — one overlooked detail at a time. #Jesus #Bible #Faith #JesusWept #Christianity #BibleStudy #Gethsemane #Lazarus #Gospel #ChristianYouTube
