A 23-year-old woman visited the Paid Skin and Venereal Diseases Clinic in Moscow with the following complaints: — heavy vaginal discharge with an unpleasant odor; — severe vaginal burning, swelling, and itching in the vagina and vulvar area; — nodular formations at the vaginal opening and on the posterior commissure; — painful intercourse and occasional light spotting afterward. A three-stage treatment plan was developed with the patient. The second stage involves removal of papillomas using radio waves. The third stage involves preventive measures. One and a half months after papilloma removal, the patient returned for an appointment with no complaints. A PCR test for human papillomavirus (HPV) was negative.
