Happy and Hopeful

The plaintiff found out she was adopted when she was 7. She later attended the funeral of the man she believes was her birth father. She says she thinks the defendant is her sister, so she’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant says she’s happy to help the plaintiff get closure.
