My Favorite Tempest (Elementalist) Build for Open World PvE | Guild Wars 2

The Tempest is my go-to Elite Specialization for Open World PvE content. When I'm doing the story, dynamic events, collections or just exploring I want a mix of survival and damage. In order to do so, I need a build that suits this playstyle. After finding an already existing build and tweaking it I created my favorite Tempest build which I have been playing for more than 5 years now. It does not have a hard rotation, only a skill prioritization.
