Restoring WW2 1944 Underwood M1 Carbine, (with test firing) #restoration
#restoration #gunrestoration Here is the restoration of a 1944 Underwood m1 carbine that was rebuilt after the war and fitted with some different parts. M1 carbines were used with the purpose of them being smaller and lighter than the M1 Garand. They were used alot among artillery crews, radio operators, and truck drivers who needed a lightweight weapon for defense. They were also used by the marines, British SAS, and even resistance fighters in occupied countries. Over 6 million M1 carbines were produced by more than 11 different companies including IBM, National Postal meter, Rock Ola music, and Irwin Pedersen. There was also a paratrooper design with a folding stock. This weapon was a crucial part of WW2. Hopefully you enjoy the video and consider subscribing for future videos. AS always thanks for watching!!
