Une alternative à l’EHPAD : ces seniors vivent en colocation dans une maison de ville

The roommates named it "The House of Roses." This beautiful 300 m² house, renovated by architect Dimitri Tsvetkov, can now accommodate up to eight people with cognitive disabilities. This shared accommodation is intended to be a medicalized end-of-life care facility for its residents. The monthly cost is approximately €3,500. This includes a private room, 24-hour caregiving, and meals. Residents are eligible for regional and state assistance, which can bring the cost down to approximately €2,500.
