I rotated the use of each tyre over the past few months, covering thousands of miles, and have worked out which tyre has the best dry grip, which has the best wet grip, which tyre is the most comfortable, but most importantly, which tyre has the best steering response and sporty handling. While this test was completed in 18" wheels and tyres, it should also apply to the equally popular 225/45 R17 size.
