Bilbao is a city that captivated me! I had a totally wrong idea from a previous experience, many, many years ago. Despite the bad weather, with Maria (Celiacaenbilbao) we had a great time eating gluten-free pintxos in Bilbao. The next day, I visited the city by myself and went to eat gluten-free pintxos in Bilbao at the same restaurant in the old town that I had gone to with Maria. It was delicious!
