Iide in early summer was extremely challenging, with its heat, plethora of bugs, and a series of rocky areas and ups and downs. But the contrast of the lush snowfields, the zebra-faced mountains, the flower fields, and the ridgeline of the Iide mountain range...it was truly an amazing hike.
