Missed Period- 0:45 to 1:33 min- this is generally the first sign of pregnancy. Whenever you miss your periods, we advise you to check with urine pregnancy test because other than pregnancy, there may be few other reasons for missed periods like hormonal disorders. 2. Implantation Bleeding- 1:34 min to 2:49 min- This is small amount of bleeding seen at the time of next due periods, usually from 6 days to 12 days after fertilisation. Not a common symptom. 3. Morning Sickness- 2:50 min to 4:05 min- Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is the most bothering symptom for most pregnant ladies. It is easily treatable, so always consult with your doctor. 4.
