Bread Pudding

My version of the bread pudding is smooth and creamy with a similar texture of leche flan. The traditional bread pudding is made by putting bread in a baking container and pouring the custard mixture over it. Whatever method you use, the bread pudding will be a favorite in your household and you can make use of your left over bread. The firmness and the softness of the bread pudding is dependent on the amount of bread that you add. The more bread, the firmer the pudding, the less bread, the softer the pudding. I usually use around 280 grams bread. It is in the middle - not so firm and not so soft. You can adjust according to how you want the texture to be. Get that left over bread out from the freezer now and start baking your bread pudding! Enjoy! I have many recipes to share with you.
