Primm Valley Resort and Casino to close this summer, ending an era in Southern Nevada

Southern Nevada’s Primm casino corridor is set to go quiet this summer, with Affinity Gaming announcing that Primm Valley Resort and Casino will close July 4. The shutdown is part of a broader round of closures in Primm. Primm Valley Resort is set to join Buffalo Bill’s and Whiskey Pete’s, along with the Flying J, which are expected to close indefinitely in early July. For longtime visitors, the news landed hard. Carol and Ricky Natalino, who said they have lived in the area for 16 years, described how often they’ve visited the property. “We’ve been coming here a lot.
