Hands Free Yoga Flow | 25 Min Practice for Wrist & Shoulder Injuries
Welcome to this hands free yoga flow a 25 minute practice for anyone with an upper body injury (wrists, shoulders, etc..). This class is designed to show you just how much you can do whilst nursing an injuring so that you can still have a fulfilling practice despite needing modify. It's likely you are having to do things differently to compensate for your injury which is why we'll be focusing on mobility sequences for the lower body so that the legs and hips can compensate for the wrists and shoulders. Today's flow also includes a vinyasa style practice with balancing, stretching and strengthening postures so that you get the whole package without needing to use your hands. This flow is completely hands free so you can practice safely in the knowledge that you won't aggravate your injury. I hope you enjoy it.
