I’ve known about this place for a while since it’s near my parents’ house, but visiting with the kids turned out to be even better than I expected. You can take a leisurely stroll through the wide open space without an entrance fee, and the unobstructed ocean view is truly refreshing. Heunghwan Beach, which we visited after strolling along the seaside in the park, was also perfect for a family outing with the kids. The water isn't deep, and since it features a mix of sand and pebbles, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities, from picking up stones and playing in the water to playing in the sand.☺️ The kids spent a long time throwing stones and searching for seashells, while the parents were able to relax and enjoy the view of the sea. A family outing course in Pohang that I think we’ll be visiting often this summer!
