Pulleeee🙌🙌 Happy Wulla Poddu Kalangngo to my brothers and sisters in Loli who are celebrating🙏 The peak of the Marapu traditional ritual "Wulla Poddu Kalangngo" (the peak of the Marapu religion's holy month after a period of silence and activity) in Tarung-waitabar Village, enlivened by dance and jumping over grave stones. This ritual is celebrated once a year. Many local Sumbanese and international residents from various backgrounds participate in the celebration as a manifestation of tolerance between cultures and religions in Sumba. Uniquely, Tarung Waitabar Village, which is also a campus tourism site, is located in the center of Waikabubak City and consists of approximately 58 traditional houses with alang roofs.
