And now for the First finale, to round things up, however we do have some more Enviro400 action still to come, just in a different paint scheme, today's offering sees us with the lovely highback seating 33418. WA56FTT was new in 2006 as part of a batch order of 9 Enviro 400's new to First Devon & Cornwall for use on Plymouth Park & Ride services, not longer after they were sent to First West of England for use on trunk route X1 from Bristol to Weston-super-Mare, and then re-branding under the Excel network in an orange livery. 2021 saw all-bar-one of the E400s depart from Weston-super-Mare to Essex, to be based at Basildon garage for use on the 100. As mentioned in my 33558 video, following the split of the 100 route to run just from Basildon to Lakeside, this allowed the route to be converted to double deck. With the WA56 plates in new Essex Green and SN58 Olympia E400s being the prime allocation, some even sport route branding. 33418 is powered by a Euro 4 Cummins ISC engine coupled to a ZF Ecomat 5HP500 5-speed automatic gearbox.
