As a Gujarati Immigrant in Canada, here is the short glimpse of food that I ate in first 100 days after landing in Toronto. The photos that I have used in this video are a small portion of the massive collection, which took more than 1 year for me. I had to be relentless and tireless while capturing these photos at home, at restaurant, at friend’s place and especially at work. But it was worth! There are not just photos, they are my life, they are my moments… I hope you all enjoy these moments while watching it from any part of the World… તમારો કેનેડા નો ગુજરાતી ફ્રેન્ડ મલય ફરી એક વાર ભારી મહેનતે લઈ આવ્યો છે એક જોરદાર વીડીઓ કે જેમા તમે જાણી શકસો કે કેનેડા ના ટોરોંટો સીટી મા લેન્ડ થયા પછી કઈ કઈ ગુજરાતી, પંજાબી, સાઊથ ઈન્ડીયન અને દેશી વાનગીઓ ખાવા મળી. આ વીડીઓ મા યુસ કરેલા ફોટોઝ એ આખા મોટા કલેક્શન માથી લિધેલા અમૂકજ ફોટા છે. આ બધા ફોટા પાડવા મા અઢળક સમય, ધીરજ અને અખૂટ શોખ ની જરુર પડી. એટલે મારા માટે તો આ એક વીડીઓ જ નહી પરંતુ મારી કેનેડા ની લાઈફનો એક ભાગ છે, એક યાદગાર અનુભવ છે. હુ એવી આશા રાખુ છુ કે જે કોઈ આ વીડીઓ દુનિયા ના કોઈ પણ ખૂણામા જોશે તો એને માણસે, આજથી વર્ષો પછી પણ...
