YC Founders fly to Scotland to implement AI in a restaurant

In this video you'll see us implementing Certus AI (our AI voice agent) into Glasgow's most popular restaurant and get a deeper look into how Isaac (our CTO and co-founder approaches his role) Unlike 99% of the customers we work with, this restaurant would be considered semi-fine dining, and since most of our customers up until this point are takeouts, we decided to fly out for this implementation so we could understand every little detail as to how they need Certus to perform for them. For those of you who are new here: Gurveer and Isaac and I (Adam) are the Co-Founders of Certus (YC S25), with our team, we're replacing the restaurant phone line with conversational voice AI to handle ever FAQ, Order, Delivery and Reservation 24/7 - all fully integrated.
