How to get Excavator Power Armor MOD PLANS in FALLOUT 76

Hey everyone! Today I decided to upgrade my power armor to max level and get the mods that I wanted for my set. There are a couple areas that seem to have a chance of providing a random Excavator Power Armor mod plan but the easiest way is to buy them from vendors. For most bonus carry weight you will need calibrated shocks for both legs and motion assist servos for the torso.
