Evening In Bangkok - Walking Tour From MBK To Central World …. Day 1 - Chapter 5 Part 3

Welcome to Chapter 5 – Part 3. This is the video for the first day in Bangkok on this trip. In the previous part I covered Sampheng Market and Chinatown, and I also showed you the room tour of my budget hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11. In this video, I’m travelling from Le Fenix to MBK Center, which is a huge, 8‑floor shopping complex in the heart of Bangkok with around 2,000 shops and stalls selling everything from clothes and bags to electronics and souvenirs. It’s known for being a budget‑friendly, lively mall with a bit of a bazaar‑style vibe, and it’s very popular with both locals and tourists. After arriving at MBK I’ll do a short walking tour inside the mall to give you a feel for the layout, the different levels, and the kind of products you can find. Then I’ll walk from MBK to CentralWorld, which is one of Bangkok’s largest and most premium malls, with hundreds of international brands, big department stores, restaurants, a cinema, and even an ice‑skating rink. CentralWorld is more upscale and modern, often used for big events and seasonal displays, so the walk between these two malls will show you a good contrast: one is busy and bargain‑oriented, the other is polished and lifestyle‑focused. The whole segment will give you a good idea of some of the most important malls in Bangkok. I’ll also capture the night vibe in the Sukhumvit area along the way, and I’m planning to end the video with a quick dinner on Yaowarat Road in Bangkok.
