Nepal Airlines to Kathmandu | Nepal Airlines Business Class | Dubai-Kathmandu |A330-200| Trip Report

Welcome everyone on board the Nepal Airlines flagship; the Airbus A330-200 on this flight between Dubai to Kathmandu. Many people have been requesting me to either fly Nepal Airlines or to Nepal, so this is my gift to you. Sadly the experience was not the most pleasant one, but the views and stay in Nepal were worth it. I was beaten up as the flight departed close to 6 am and I didn’t catch any sleep. The flight also seemed full without any passengers booked in Economy Class. So I decided to pay for an upgrade to Business Class. Yes, I paid! And I was told in cash only and no VAT receipt was returned to me. If I wanted to get a receipt I “would have to go to the main offices in Deira”, which obviously nobody will end up doing.. Afterwards I settled down in the cozy Business Class cabin just to receive an Economy Class service. Not that I mind, but while I paid for the upgrade the crew thought I got it complimentary due to overbooking (that’s what they were told) so my money was lost somewhere along the line..
