Throughout the week, I organized the house, tidied my office and vanity, did some stationery and organization shopping, tested a moisturizing mask, showed my workouts, runs, daily meals, and also talked about how to simplify life to live more lightly. For me, a light life isn't about doing more, but about eliminating excess and focusing only on what really matters.
