For the Baked Halloumi and Vegetables: For 4-6 people: 2 blocks of Halloumi cheese 8-12 small, waxy potatoes 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange- not green) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons za'atar - If unavailable, use a mix of dried oregano and thyme 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Thanks for watching!
