Dyson Hot + Cool AM09 Fan Heater - No Oscillation - Can I FIX IT??

Here we have a broken Dyson AM09 fan heater that refuses to oscillate. I know the feeling... It belongs to a client of my mate Richard who rather grandly promised that I could repair it.
