Workouts & Exercise

I think I've worked my body to death 😄 but its all good. I'm going to train a little less.. maybe 2-3 days each week as opposed to whatever I was doing before. It is good that the body tells us when enough is enough and I've had a good run but have also reached the limit of my physique regarding bodyweight training. I was never aiming to get ''big'' from these workouts and just get back in shape and try to maintain it. I put on so much weight in the latter years out in Germany then it started to get out of control with each visit to America. But yeah, I love exercising and although I should probably rest I'll get on the floor shortly and do some pushups before getting... in fact... I should rest... I'll see how I feel in a couple hours. In case nobody has noticed I've created a lot of videos for YouTube today, including YouTube Shorts so I'm gonna switch my brain off and watch a movie to chill out.
