SAFER VIDEO
The Humane Society of Lebanon County follows the ASPCA's SAFER Assessment procedures while evaluating new dogs who are brought into the shelter. The SAFER test is a seven point aggression test which helps the HSLC to better learn about our shelter dogs' behaviors and best place them in homes where they are least likely to be returned.
