I did notice that my Slip or Cross over step, needed to be more front weighted, My back foot should actually be lifted off the ground like shown in the illustration. Also, while I was explaining the Shifting weight or Equilibrium my head level should not has risen, it should have stayed on the same plane or height at the end of the lunge, the best way to do this is to make sure you have your knees bent while shifting your weight.
