ACA P-15 Tornado Siren Test, Attack, Kenosha, WI

Decided I'd record a P-15 since it's been a while since I've filmed one. This one actually replaced a dying single phase P-15 as its run caps were shot. The new siren is also single phase, but sounds like it is 240V 3 phase so don't let the sound fool you. I never filmed the siren it replaced, but I'm glad it was replaced at all considering the fact that the county at one point vetoed having any sirens serviced and was just going to run every last one into the ground and that would be a wrap. That is no longer the case thankfully. Timofey (‪@SirensAndAlarmsOfNorthernIL‬) was also here and he actually suggested I come to this one and we talked about the fact that the Biersach family made a surprise appearance on r/airraidsirens this week.
