Outward has many unique weapon types, and shields are the best for blocking. They block faster than other weapons and allow you to avoid damage from projectiles. But which shield is the best? There are quite a few options but I think the fabulous palladium shield and Tsar shield are top-notch. One deals so much physical damage while the other weakens enemies. These 5 shields are going to be really good in almost every situation.
