Today I came to Sant Joan Despí with a simple mission: to show my SEAT 600 to Francesc Palau and talk about what we would do to it. But of course… you arrive at Talleres Palau and things happen. I ran into Alberto, a professional dent repairman, working on a Ferrari with a nasty dent… and what was supposed to be a quick visit turned into a guided tour of a workshop that is literally a time capsule: classic cars everywhere, a 600 with Italian modifications (it's NOT an Abarth and I can't remember the name right now), and even a Land Rover Santana engine with a broken crankshaft… something I'd never seen before.
