Many men from Northern Nigeria perform these pedicure and manicure services around Lagos. They typically walk around with their characteristic clicking noise to gain attention. If you think it is unsanitary, don't worry as they use fire to clean their tools between customers. You can call them over for a $0.12 pedicure or $0.24 if you want to do both your hands and feet. It is one of the very unique things about Lagos.
