My new offering is inspired by my time in Pierara, forever idealising the moment and never living in it, always yearning for more while mourning the less I had. The insidious nature of desire never seems to dissipate. Once you have chosen your sacrifice, either time or freedom, the cards you have been dealt by life will still leave you yearning for more. Once the tithe has been paid and the game has been played, that feeling is still hard to get rid of.
