My friends are reacting to my new motorcycle. New, that's a lot.. It's a 1990 Yamaha FZR 1000 with about 55,000 real km. After months of searching on OLX I finally found a legendary motorcycle at a good price. And I went with George and Portocala, his KTM 390 Adventure to Mures to buy the motorcycle. Only he didn't know what it was about, so it was a surprise for him too. I did months of research on the most popular and important motorcycles that brought motorcycling to the level it is today. And although I was initially looking for the Honda CBR 900 RR Fireblade, I found a Yamaha FZR 1000 instead, which is practically its direct rival. Along with the Suzuki GSX-R 1100, but that's another story. After more than 300 km I arrived in Mures where the motorcycle not only looked great, but also drove without any problems. Significantly heavier than a modern sports bike, that's for sure. But ultimately it's also about the evolution of motorcycles, technology and safety systems.
