DOWN-HOME BREAKFAST: EGGS, CHORIZO & POTATOES/Breakfast Burritos/Huevos con Chorizo y Papas

Thought I'd shoot a few Down-Home Breakfast videos for you, and I'm kicking it off with Eggs, Chorizo and Potatoes. It's something I grew up on, and therefore, I make all the time. In Spanish, we call it Huevos con Chorizo y Papas, and often we turn it into a Breakfast Burritos for eating on the go. There's not much to it, so I won't have a written recipe for you this time.
