How are you? Welcome to a new routine to REDUCE FLACCIDITY ALL OVER THE BODY. After a 3-minute warm-up, you'll begin to work each and every muscle group in your body in a very focused way: arms, legs, abdomen, upper and lower back, calves, and so on. To increase the intensity of your workout, you'll use weights in any format (dumbbells, weight plates, a barbell, a kettlebell, etc.). If you don't have any, you can use water bottles. I'll be working with an 8-kilogram kettlebell and 3-kilogram dumbbells. There's no aerobic component to this routine; it focuses on muscle work. That's why I encourage you to slightly increase the weight compared to what you normally use. The workout is divided into 7 blocks. Each of these blocks consists of an exercise, which will be repeated four times. We'll perform the exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15. Each of the exercises involves several muscle groups, which causes a rapid activation of the metabolism and an increase in energy expenditure.
