As you may have already seen in other jams on my channel, I always draw inspiration from the principles of natural cooking. That's why I use seasonal ingredients, cooked freshly. The blackberries you see here were picked specifically for this recipe, and we'll cook them briefly to preserve all the fruit's nutritional properties without altering their characteristics through prolonged, time-consuming, and energy-intensive boiling. ๐Ÿ“Plus, we'll make a seedless blackberry jam. Personally, I prefer a smoother texture, avoiding the seeds, which not everyone likes and, in fact, are often annoying! So, let's get started making our homemade blackberry jam. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Ingredients for wild blackberry jam: 1 kg of blackberries 300 grams of cane sugar 150 grams of fructose lemon juice ๐Ÿ‘‰ Preparation of seedless blackberry jam Take 1 kg of blackberries and place them in a saucepan. Stir everything together. Soon, some juice will ooze out. Even though they're small, our blackberries will release a good amount of liquid. Add some lemon juice, which will help preserve the bright color of this berry. At this point, once the juice has oozed out, blend the mixture with a hand blender to make a pulp.
