LEROY and Michele have been in a relationship for six months. "At first, we were just friends [and] hanging out together", Michele explained. "I was attracted to him instantly. I cannot say who made the first move, but I think it was both of us because he asked me for my social media and then we were texting." They met through Leroy's ex-girlfriend, who Michele was good friends with. Michele identifies as a gay man, but for Leroy it was a slightly different story. "I realised I was attracted to him in like two or three days", he said. "I would say I'm straight, but I only have feelings for him". The pair are now happily in love but have faced criticism from the outside world. "My worst reaction was when I told one of my friends", Leroy explained. "He literally just said, he's going home. We were hanging out, and he just went home after I told him." They both make TikTok videos, and among their supporters are people who cast aspersions.
