Agentic AI in Learning | Can AI Build Effective Learning Content?

AI can generate learning content in minutes. But can organizations trust what it produces? A finished-looking course — clean prose, sensible structure, activities, a quiz — can appear almost instantly. Yet surface polish does not prove that the content is accurate, relevant, compliant, instructionally sound, or ready for learners. As AI enters the learning content workflow, the hard part is shifting from content creation alone to content validation. Learning designers, curriculum teams, content developers, QA teams, publishers, product leaders, and L&D executives are increasingly responsible for deciding whether AI-generated content is good enough to teach, publish, deploy, or sell. In this webinar, our panel will explore what separates AI-generated content that looks finished from content that is genuinely effective. We’ll explain what we mean by agentic AI, why it is better suited to course building than one-prompt content generation, and how structured workflows can support planning, validation, evaluation, and revision and ultimately how agentic can help build real learning paths. We’ll also discuss GT’s benchmarking framework for evaluating AI-generated learning content across the dimensions that matter: structural design, writing quality, interaction design, assessment alignment, relevance, compliance readiness, review effort, learner readiness, and ROI. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of what effective AI-generated learning content requires, how the validation burden is changing across learning organizations, and how a rubric-based approach can help teams make quality more measurable and repeatable.
