TRIP REPORT | A Flight Full of Problems! | BRITISH AIRWAYS A321neo | London to Madrid

British Airways Trip Report from London to Madrid onboard one of their new Airbus A321Neo on a cloudy winter morning. This was a flight full of problems: first, a double boarding check at London Heathrow due to a system failure at the airport; then we lost the departure slot at Heathrow, so we spend around 30 minutes stopped seeing how lots of planes were taking off in front of us; once in Madrid, due to some lack of coordination when assigning the stand, we were stopped around 20 minutes more before getting to a new remote stand. From what looked as an on-time flight, we ended with more than 2 hours delay. Otherwise, the flight was comfortable onboard the British Airways A321neo. The catering/snack service was ok and the views during all the flight were fine as well. Special mention to the views of Madrid downtown when approaching to Madrid airport. That was superb!
