New World Gem Changes Explained!

There are some changes to the way gems work in New World. These changes are coming with New World Season 4 Eternal Frost, and are currently on the new world PTR. The gem conversions are changing to be a flat 50 /50 across the board and the attribute scaling for the gems is changing drastically. This should provide for some great build diversity.
