Lift Your Jeep Wrangler The RIGHT Way! How to Install a Fully Adjustable Lift Kit

Its time to ditch the stock suspension on the 2 Door JK project! After a few offroad trips, the jeep did surprisingly well for still having the factory 180k mile suspension. Once we start searching for bigger tires, harder trails, more suspension travel, we need to start looking for a good suspension lift to suit our needs. Clayton Offroad makes some amazing suspensions for Jeeps, and they ride really nice on the road while still offering a ton of offroad strength and flex. I went with the JK 2.5" Overland Plus kit, paired with Bilstein 5100s. I also added the rear trackbar on top of the bracket, and brake lines for future install. When choosing a lift, having adjustable components is going to be a big way to get your jeep driving like factory and allow you to make alignment changes. On the flip side, these adjustable components can be installed incorrectly and lead to more problems down the road. Set 1 to get proper pinion angle, adjust other to fit Rear Trackbar: Center Frame and Axle Rear Lower CA: Wheelbase Rear Upper: Pinion Angle. Set 1 for proper pinion angle, adjust other side to fit. Torque everything once weight in on jeep, Starting with bolts, then Jam nuts.
