ДОЩОВИК ЇСТІВНИЙ/ LYCOPERDON PERLATUM - маловідомий їстівний гриб. Як відрізнити та що готувати
In our region, the edible rainbow mushroom (lycoperdon perlatum) is an autumn mushroom that grows quite abundantly under favorable weather conditions. Mushroom omelet: eggs - 2 pcs, sour cream - 1 tbsp, mushrooms - a handful, salt and ground black pepper to taste. This mushroom omelet can also be cooked in the oven and made into a roll with various fillings, or simply with grated cheese. Pickled rain mushrooms: I don't boil the mushrooms beforehand, but cook them for 20 minutes in a marinade, pour them into jars, to which I first add vinegar at the rate of 1 tbsp per 0.5 liters. Marinade: 1 tbsp of salt for 1 liter of water, bay leaf, 3-4 pieces of allspice, 10 pieces of black peppercorns. Enjoy your meal!
