Prabowo explained that the inaugurated energy project has an investment value of approximately US$20.9 billion and is projected to produce more than 9 million tons of gas and condensate. The project is considered a crucial part of supporting the downstreaming, industrialization, and national economic transformation programs. He also emphasized that economic development must be pro-community. According to him, the main goal of downstreaming and industrialization is to create prosperity for as many Indonesians as possible. "The economy must be for the people, not the people for the economy," Prabowo emphasized.
